TechTools TechTools is a field data capture application that resides on technicians' laptops to electronically schedule tests and capture test results. TechTools can be deployed stand-alone, but its benefits are increased when integrated with PGAS. PGAS exports meter / quality configuration and test schedules as well as imports and stores test results from TechTools. TechTools also provides troubleshooting such as volume, quality and lost gas calculators.
